The Yankees have asked Mr. October Reggie Jackson to keep away from the club and stay quit after he made some comments about A-Rod and steroids.  He is also getting flack about comments that Gary Carter and Kirby Puckett are not Hall of Fame players.  But he is not in trouble for these comments, “Must kill the Queen”.

Priest Holmes said some concussions changed the color of the sky.  Priest Holmes also said he loves LSD.

The clock is ticking on Brees and the Saints getting a long-term deal done.  They can’t afford to franchise him again so it will happen by Friday I think.

Kevin Love is not happy that the T-Wolves are not making moves to get to the playoffs.  I don’t see that changing.  Love will not finish out his contract and the 27-year-old will hit the market hard.

How bad are Hope Solo’s cramps?  The medicine she takes for them is on the banned substance list.

Anderson Silva stopped Sonnen this weekend and has no one left to fight in the middleweight division.  Only superfights with GSP or Jon Jones should be in his future.
