My favorite card of my collection was/is my 1984 Don Mattingly.  I was a big Donny Baseball fan as a kid and my dad bought me this card for my 10th birthday in 1988.

 

 

 

 

1992 Olympic Dream Team Full Set- $5.00

 By my calculations my thousands of trips to Carolina Card Connection and the Card Shop in the Hickory Mall have netted me a loss of over $74,000, but I can’t wait to do it again with my son.
